"Gary came to our house twice to work on a washing machine that went on the fritz after a power surge. He had to order a rather expensive part and after coming back to fix the washer, he realized the actual fix was much less expensive and ended up not needing the more expensive part. Instead of putting that part in anyway and making an excuse why we needed it, he was honest and honorable and did not put in or charge me for the expensive part. Our washer is working and I'm super happy with Heartland Home Store and Gary and they have a customer for life. I recommend them to everyone who needs to have an appliance fixed or to buy a new one.
