"Took a one way shuttle up trail 22 miles. Cost me $95. The problem was the quality of the shuttle. The people were great, but equipment was terrible. Dirty van, no A/C and traveled dirt roads. To top it off, my bike in the enclosed trailer was covered with dirt. Had to clean before my ride. If I had paid $30, then I wouldn’t complain, but that much for a dirty ride? Would not recommend them until they “clean up” their act!"

"Shuttle bus was old and run down. No air conditioning, actually blew out heat instead. Driver took back gravel roads back to our cars, all 6 of us ended up sweaty and dirty from the shuttle ride. Our bikes in the trailer were covered in fine dirt as well. Very disappointed, especially with the high cost for the 40 mile ride."

"We rented bikes and e-bikes from Rabbit Bicycles. The owner responded very timely to our initial message. She found us a perfect time and recommended a ride that was suited to out family. When we arrived at our reservation, the staff was amazing. They fit us with bicycles and helmets and gave us instructions on how to use the ebikes since we had never used them before. We discussed our ride and the staff recommended some slight alterations to add a bit to our trip. They loaded the bikes for us and drove is to Custer and placed us right on the trail. We had a fantastic ride back to Hill City. I would highly recommend Rabbit Bicycles. We will be back."

"We are riding across the state of South Dakota, And was coming in to Hill City and needed repairs on our bike or parts.. We needed a rear cassette and a 10 speed chain.. I called them early in the morning and left a message with my number explaining mechanical issue that we were having.. They never call back . I called back several hours later trying to get a hold of them, no one answered.. We rolled into town just before 6 .. They had signs up all over outside their building saying that they were.. open. But nobody was around.. We knew the previous owners and they are very helpful and very involved in the cycling community.. I think the new owners are unreliable.. and would not rely on them for anything cycling related.."
