"Five stars for Karl’s in Spearfish and Tony! I can't recommend Karl’s in Spearfish enough! I recently needed a new freezer and was overwhelmed by all the choices. Tony, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, helped make the buying process easy. What impressed me was Tony's customer service. He went above and beyond by helping me arrange delivery and set up the freezer. It's clear that Tony cares about his customers and wants to make sure they have a positive experience. If you're looking for a new appliance, definitely check out Karl’s in Spearfish. They have a great selection of products, and their staff, especially Tony, is fantastic!"

"I am so frustrated right now! My oven went out on December 29th. So I went looking for a new range that weekend. I found what I wanted at Karl's. I should have been warned when they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered when I ordered it. The sales rep Crystal told me she would call me but I never heard from her. I called weekly to find out when I would be getting my range. After numerous calls I finally had my range delivered today...January 30th. When I tried to test out my stove the burners won't work! Now I'm waiting for them to come check on it. I was informed if there is a problem they will get a tech here as soon as possible, but they are kind of booked up so it might be a while. DON'T GO TO KARL'S!"

"Karls in Spearfish is the nicest furniture/appliance store and notnonly are all of their sales reps top notch (extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, not pushy) their management team is always willing to step in and help in any area. I've seen the store manager there helping with sales and stopped in to see him and found out he was personally out on a delivery to make his delivery and warehouse team jobs easier that day. Karl's is the only appliance store I know of that has their own service techs that come from their store (not from a central location) to service the appliances you buy. incredible store, team, and service. thanks Karls!"
