"I’m an advisor who is not able to be active due to my other full time commitment, my career. So I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to call the main office to cancel my advisor enrollment or status. Literally have called at least a dozen times and have gotten nobody over that 2 week period. Even worse the mailbox is full and cannot take any messages at this time. That’s a joke. If I were able to commit the time to being a serious advisor I would be highly disappointed from the support and or lack of from a “home” office. Can’t even connect one phone call in weeks. Very poor service."
