"Good almost great haircuts but if they’re more than 1 or 2 customers in front of you, you’ll most likely be waiting 45 minutes to an hour. It’s nice when you’re the one getting the haircut but there’s rarely ever more than 2 employees working there at a time so you’ll always have a long wait. I recommend going in during the week around 11am. Usually you can get lucky and there will be almost no one in there so you can get your haircut right away. Don’t go in the mornings, there’s only ever one employee in there working till about 10 or 11am. They take their time cutting your hair but there’s never enough employees working at a given moment. So 9 times out 10 you’ll be waiting at least an hour."

"Been getting my haircuts here for about 2 years now, best place in Rapid City. Everyone cuts extremely well! I leave with a big smile every single time. Sometimes the wait a little long because everyone wants their hair cut at this place."

"The employees are respectful and very professional in their work. I've had my hair cut by just about every barber in there and have never been disappointed with the results. Its definitely worth driving the extra mile for a good fade. I've been coming to this barbershop for the past 2 years, and I can honestly say that it's the best in box elder or rapid. The barbers here are not only skilled at their craft, but they also take the time to listen to exactly what you want and always deliver. The atmosphere is very chill, the shop is clean, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a reliable and talented team of barbers."

"Top 3 WORST haircuts ever. Dude who was in the air force for 20 years, I know because he kept mentioning it like it mattered, gave me one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. Combined a mullet and a terrible fade with lopsided work and basically gave me bangs. When I asked him to fix some of it he basically just gave me a boot camp fade. I finally told him it looked good just to save the hair I had left. Thank god my hair grows fast. -5 stars for the win."
