"This is one part of old Gurney's seed company complex. I have not been to the bar, but there are large rooms at the back of this build, that have cleaned up very well and new lighting and fixtures makes this a very nice rustic place to rent. Lrge rooms with very high ceilings big wooden beams, brick walls. Local group had a cultural gathering with Hispanic art, food, music, and pinata for the kids. A fun time."

"WOW! What a hidden gem! I came here for an after party for my fiance's work party. I havent had this much fun in quite some time. The prices were good. Coming here is like going back in time. When I was here it was like a family atmosphere like on a holiday or something. I uploaded some pictures and if you can view them you will see you have a nice large area to sing your karaoke. They had 3 mics (2) wireless and 1 wired. They had tables a full long length bar. I had the privilege of speaking with the owner. He showed me around a bit. Its a large spread with lots of history. As I am sure you know this place is called 1872 because thats when it was built. They had an old tv with an atari hooked up to it. This place has lots of space. Tables and couches. Cant wait to go back. I encourage you to stop in and be amazed!"
