"My favorite place in Rapid City to go hang out with friends. I'm no expert at pool, so I was relatively nervous walking in to the Break Room the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that pool players of all skill levels are more than welcome. There's league play for more proficient players, as well as normal tables that anyone can play at. There are pay by the hour tables, as well as quarter tables. Not to mention arcade games and dart boards as well. This is my second review of the Break Room, which goes to show how seriously impressed I am. The staff is great, the tables are high quality, and the crowd is super friendly."

"I would consider myself somewhat of a regular at this location. Friday Sept 1st at approximately 11:15pm my wife and I walked into the establishment and noticed it was quite busy. I politely remarked "it's kinda packed in here. Would you mind if we played on the first table in the back" Now A simple no would have sufficed. Apparently she the employee was having a rough night so she snapped at and very rudly replied "Yes I would mind" So I promptly Apologized and told her to have a good evening and said I was sorry to ask. We immediately left. Note to Owner: It wasn't that we couldn't play on the tables in the back. She didn't need to act the way she did. We were literally there for 2ish minutes. She didn't say hi or anything. She isn't usually like that. As I said a polite no would have sufficed."
"I stopped in while traveling thru Rapid city and really enjoyed Breakroom! I was lucky enough to get to play on the Diamond 9’ table. However, all the Valley barbox tables were in great shape as well. Staff was very friendly! I’ll be back everytime I’m in Rapid City and you should too!"
"We actually got here by accident, but d*mn did we find a gem. Great service in Rapid City is hard to find, but they have it nailed down here. Friendly atmosphere with great bar food and good beer selection is all a guy can ask for. 12/10 would *highly* recommend."
