"I made an appointment a few days ago online with Hanna for a fill. Last time I made an appointment with her I ended up with someone else which I kind of brushed off. Today, I arrived a few minutes before my appointment to ensure I would have plenty of time to get my nails filled before I had to be to work. Only to discover, the salon was already filled with walk ins. They told me to come back later today which of course I couldn’t because I had to work. Reservations mean nothing to them in a place that is supposed to be all about customer service. So disappointing and frustrating. They just lost another customer."

"The lady who did my nails did spectacular! I got them done for prom and I was extremely impressed with the results! However, my friend came with me and the guy who did her nails rushed and did a terrible job. They were lumpy, crooked, and uneven. My suggestion is to not go to the guy that works there."

"Walked in with no appointment. Had a nice pedicure and manicure. I wore a mask, as did the staff, but it was not required as of July 30, 2021. They were good, clean, friendly and Vivian was great with my tender feet. I have already scheduled my next appointment with Vivian."

"The individuals whom bought out Rockstar Nails bought, Paris Nails. Again most of the staff were fired. And clearly skill was not a factor in deciding whom to keep. It looks as though I need a fill. The fill was done Wednesday night, 4 days ago. The issue is the tech didn't paint my entire nail and, the acrylic is actually off the side of the nail. I noticed all the imperfections and tried to go in Thursday and Friday. They were busy, no one to talk to. I can't discuss this with the technician whom did my nails as she doesn't know much English. She had to write down my total on paper because she cannot say it. I'm done with this Nail Salon too! Other women warned me... I didn't listen. I'm going to choose another salon. Hopefully I find all the good technicians they fired!"
