"Very disappointed. I am here from out of town visiting my family. My daughter and I went here 2 months ago and they did a great job very friendly and nice. This time we made an appointment to get pedicures together and when we went in they told us to sit in the pedicure chairs and they would be with us soon. 20 minutes later a girl came over started my daughters pedicure put my feet in the water and let me sit while they did my daughters pedicure. 20 minutes later I asked her why no one was helping me that we both made an appointment for the same time, she shrugged her shoulders (did not say a word to me) turned around and in another language talked to co workers. As she started finishing my daughter up no one still did not say a word to me and did not offer any explanation as to why I still was not getting done. I then dried my feet off and put my shoes back on, because 40 minutes in water is just too long. I am so disappointed this is something I have been looking forward to for over a month because my first experience was so good. I am a SALON OWNER and this would have NEVER happened in my place. So sad that all you needed to do was communicate to your client that made an appointment why you were not helping them. Will not be back."

"How cute are these!!! I think my year long hunt for a regular nail salon is OVER!!!! They did such an amazing job from start to finish and very excited to go back! I am very particular with my nails and she understood the assignment!!!! I also liked that it was family owned and operated and something that they should all be proud of!!!!!"

The owner visited with us shared stories. She made us feel very welcome and her and her staff did an amazing job on our massages and our polish. Will definitely be back.
