"Unfortunately people looks can be Deceiving.. From the outside this place looks beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. The sad reality is that this place is abusive, hostile, and uncomfortable. I was a well paying member for 2 years and because I was not a person who the staff accepted due to my disabilities I was revoked of my membership. If you are a PERFECT human being this is the place for you. If you are a HUMAN BEING PLEASE go else where..Thank you all."

"Very nice experience at the Akela Gardens! The outdoor setting was lovely! The steam room was absolutely fabulous. There were 2 nice saunas and 2 hot tubs as well. The staff was great. Wish they hadn't been booked up for massages, would love to have had one."

"First time at Akela Spa and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was so relaxing and the garden was magnificent. I enjoyed every sauna in that garden and sitting outdoors in the sunshine in March was unreal! The only regret I have is not getting more treatments. I had the most excellent facial, thank you Kayla! If you haven’t been here you should really check it out! I will be back!"
