Pretty nails

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done and I have come for 3 years and haven’t had a bad experience. But today was awful my nails were bubbly and uneven. My friends nails were just as bad. Went back in and asked to just get them taken off and get a refund after getting my nails redone. They refused to give me a refund (they have no posted policy meaning by law they have to refund).and told me they’ll just redo them. I told them to just take them of 3 different times and they wouldn’t listen. So now I can’t even do anything to get my 120 dollars back for mediocre nails at best."

"I want to start this off by saying I am usually never one to leave bad reviews. Especially with Pretty Nails! They have always done a fantastic job. Today however was extremely disappointing and I left very frustrated. I showed her an inspiration picture letting her know if she didn’t have time it was totally ok and I would pick something different but she let me know she would be able to! 2 squares on each hand had been done and she let me know we were done and that’s all she could do. The shape of the nails was super wonky and crooked along with polish being all over my fingers. Some nails are on the verge of being square when others are round while the shape I asked for was almond. I understand being busy and in a rush but I am frustrated that the lady doing my nails was in such a hurry that my nails turned out crooked, messy and not what I had asked for."

"Penny was wonderful and did my nails the way I like it and did a great job on the design I wanted too!"

"Everytime I make an appointment here they make u wait up to 40 minutes before actually helping you. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and 2 other ladies had appointments for the same time but showed up 15 minutes after me and still were still sat before me. I waited 15 minutes before anyone let me sit down and 10 more before someone started working on me. The nails they do are usually fine but I almost never get what I ask for. I’ll show her a picture and she says that she understands but when she started painting she didn’t do it right."

"I’m not usually one to leave reviews, and I hate doing this, but I wasn’t a fan of my manicure. On one hand, my flowers looked great the other, I’m not sure what it is. My appointment felt very rushed. Granted, yes, I did walk in and got sat quickly, but the service itself was very rushed. There’s glue and polish still left on my fingers as well. I had to run to Walgreens immediately afterward to try and get the glue and polish off my fingers. So unfortunately my experience wasn't great):"
