"I have had the privilege of working with FWFSB on two different loans for rental properties that my wife and I purchased through our Self-Directed IRA. Jeff and Becky have been absolutely great. All terms were spelled out very clearly from Day 1 and there have been no surprises before, during or after the purchase of our properties.
