"Financed a vehicle with them and the lady sold me an extended warranty she claimed covered any and everything for the life of the loan. It hasn't covered a single thing that has gone wrong with my vehicle! The one thing it would have maybe covered and "it expired a week ago" What? I still have 2 years on this loan this warranty covers the life of the loan. Nope. But the bank lady didn't even provide me with any paperwork for the warranty except their number to call. Also if you want to pay your car note they charge a fee to transfer from another bank or use a debit or credit card to pay it. Making things cash only. There's more But this credit union sucks. Take your business elsewhere."
