"Our experience was just ok. The guide did a good job training everyone on the Segway and making them feel comfortable. Paperwork and training took about 1.5 hours because there was 10 of us. The actual tour only lasted about an hour. I expected the guide to make a few stops along the way and talk about the history of certain landmarks and buildings, but that didn’t happen. The guide took us to Buckingham fountain for a few minutes to take pictures, and then we went to the corner where the shedd & field museum meet. We were there for a few minutes for more pictures, and then we rode the segways back to where we started. I don’t think I would do this again. If you are looking to only take a quick ride along the lakefront, you will enjoy this."

"Wow these guys did a great job. We had a diverse group of 7 people from 13 years old to 71. They made sure all skill levels were properly trained and comfortable. Picture perfect tour by the awesome Jan who gave great historical facts at each stop. We took advantage of the 11.10 am special and thought it was a great value. Training took a bit at beginning but made the actual experience better as there was no need to stop to assist during actual tour. We can't wait to do it again! Thank YOU!"
