"They did a great job on our roof and got it done very quickly after contacting them. For that I give 5 stars. Also Sarah was great to work with she knows what she is doing and is good at her job. Unfortunately there was miscommunication with-in the company due to some people leaving that we had worked with back in 2022 when the job was done. Wegner tried to come after us for money they claimed we owed them a month after the job was done and we had paid and met the obligations of our contract. For that I give 1 star. Always read your contract and don’t pay for stuff you didn’t agree to."

"This company has lied, broken personal property, and refused to finish the contracted job I am paying them nearly $40,000 to do. They were supposed to replace the siding on my personal home, it was supposed to take 14 days. It has been 8 months and has still not been completed. The sales consultant, Brian, has lied over and over, and has been completely useless in assisting in issues or my concerns, he is by far the most unprofessional sales person I have ever worked with. We have a signed contract stating old rotting siding was to be removed prior to the installation of new siding, upon the first day of work the contractors began to install brand new siding on top of old rotting siding. Upon contacting Brian with this issue he lied and said that the contractors were removing the old siding and putting down new siding. We sent him pictures and video proof that the old siding was not removed, and he still tried to lie and reassure us that it was removed. Not removing old siding and putting down new siding voids the warranty, so were you guys trying to be shady from the start and trying to make a quick buck on a single mother’s hard earned money? In addition, The contractors have left construction debris and a large amount of loose nails all over my yard, broken multiple trees, broke my doorbell, broke my fence, and removed my 3rd story deck railing and left an open 40ft drop without any communication regarding this. This created an massive safety issue for myself, family, and animals. There is still currently a laundry list of items that have not been completed like mismatched trim, poor painting, and damaged property and Wegner has made zero effort to remedy this. They continue to dodge phone calls and make promises they will not keep. I have had to take time off work to watch these people working on my house because they have made this entire process so uncomfortable and dishonest. I have spoken to a quality control person multiple times and shared how unhappy I was and nothing is being done. So I’m not sure how else to get you to finish the siding on my home other than this."

"The finished product transformed our house! Beautiful work. While a few frustrations can come up when you're redoing the entire exterior of a home, Wegner salesmen and project managers always listened to my concerns and made sure things were done to my standards. Specifically, Patrick F. handled my account in the end and made sure all the promises from the salesman and project managers came true on my final invoice! In one phone call he patiently answered all my questions and made sure the numbers matched the words of my project manager. We love how our place looks and I feel confident I'll be taken care of if they're needed in the future thanks to customer specialists like Patrick F."

"Sam and Drew were great to work with. My house in Bismarck ND was hit with a hail storm. (First time dealing with an insurance claim) They explained the process and kept me informed every step of the way. They were easy to work with, sent photos of the progress as they removed the old shingles and after photos once the job was completed. Would highly recommend Wegner Roofing & Solar!"
