"I loved the spa but definitely not the service. You get passed around from associate to associate and no one really knows what's going on since they are never in the office. Their services and products are WAY overpriced. I had a moving quote withheld from me until the day after the move. Josh was incredibly rude when he popped the final bill on me without having any discussions beforehand. I've asked them twice for a quote before the move and they completely ignored me. They have my email and phone number on file. I'm done with this place. I'd recommend heading over to one of the other spa places in rapid city. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the very few good people who are still working there. Update: There was no issue with delivery. I had a problem with a lack of professionalism. I waited 2 weeks for a crane operator only to find out these guys sat on it. I called him myself and he came out the next day. They also charged me $200 per hour per mover on top of other ridiculous charges. There were 3 movers. I may as well have gotten the crane as it might have been cheaper. They took their time getting to the buyers place which was in the same city. I was in contact with the buyer the whole time. When I finally came in to pay the bill, they blamed the buyer on the exorbitant delivery cost which I already knew was a false claim. I would've been just fine with a higher moving cost due to logistics but I could've done without the deceitfulness and runaround. Again, it was a complete disregard for any kind of customer service. I hope this helps anyone else looking for a better experience."

"This is the only place to go to get a hot tub , sauna, or quality outdoor furniture. Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. This is the second hot tub I have got from Brad and rapid spa and we will never go anywhere else for sales or maintenance they are the best in town by far !"

The price was right and retail customer service very nice. The delivery was on-time, they removed the old tub and installed the new tub while the 3rd party electrician did his thing.
