"Dr. Williams and his staff are greedy, selfish, and uncaring. All they care about is getting their $2,500 payment before they proceed with any treatment. They only removed one tooth out of four due to payment issues. They do offer Care Credit, but they only offer terms of 6 months - which is $416 per month. They set the terms with Care Credit and they could offer their patients a longer term to pay. My local dentist offered me 36 months on a $400 bill, so it is possible. Dr. Williams apparently thinks we are all rich. I would not recommend his services, unless, of course, you just have $2,500 in your back pocket."

"I had full mouth extraction. I was scared as a deer in headlights! When Dr Williams come in, his gentle, compassion self made me so relaxed. He walked me thr all clear with detailed information and reassurance. His staff was very efficient and caring! Always taking care of my needs in assisting him. I’d give him 10 stars! Up and above! I especially appreciated Brenda who even held my hand when I was getting the numbing injections. Dr. Wiliams explained everything before he did it and stopped periodically just to see how I was doing. He and Brenda made this a pleasant experience. If I ever need an oral surgeon again, this is where I will go."
