"During the Christmas season 2021, there were quite a few flights delayed and canceled. The flight my family was on ended up getting delayed just before takeoff. There was some sort of problem with the plane so we couldn't take off. I now was going to miss my connection flight on one of the busiest travel weeks of the year. Since I used Cool Concepts, I emailed Lisa from the plane and told her my situation. She had me and my family scheduled on a new flight for the next day. Everything was taken care of before anybody was off the plane. Since there were cancellations and delays across the nation, people on the same flight had to wait multiple days to get back or car pool to different airports to try and get on standby flights.
