"Ordered a plain whopper w/cheese and small fry in drive thru. Fries were almost cold. Drive back and get hot fries this time, no compensation for driving back and getting hott fries like I should have had the first time. Then get home to find out I got a whopper with everything on it when I ordered a PLAIN whopper w/cheese. You need to listen better and repeat orders back to the customer to alleviate any confusion so that a paying customer doesn't have to turn around and go back and then get nothing in return for a BOTCHED order. A whopper and small fry was over $13 after taxes. With prices like that you as a company NEED to do better for your customers!"
"Visited this burger King at around 6pm, only had one vehicle in front of me so I thought I'd get through quickly. Nope, took over 15 minutes to get my moz sticks that tasted like cardboard. Seriously bk if you don't have the staff to run as you should, don't open the dinning room maybe? Won't be visiting this location again."
