"March 17th at 9:15pm on Sunday I came through drive thru and ordered a chicken strip basket. I got home just a few miles away and this is what I received after paying almost $20.00. The fries tasted like they’ve been sitting for a while, cold and dry. The chicken strips were like the ends and pieces, hard to bite. I will never waste my hard earned money here again, I regret coming here. :("

"Be prepared to wait in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes. Be prepared to wait to even order for about 6 minutes. I’ve been to this DQ multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing has changed since opening day. Orders constantly wrong, wait times are ridiculous. Every time I’m handed a drink I have to ask for a napkin because they can’t clean the side of the cup before they hand it out. It’s truly sad because the City of Tea needed a drive thru restaurant and this place just sucks."

"Pro tip for the manager. Be kind to your customers and turn your drive through and exterior lights off if u are closed. With multiple cars waiting in drive through, its kinda rude to your customers, to appear open. It's fine if u close at 9 just turn some lights off, so we don't all sit there and wait."

"Ordered just a regular burger and I got a burger that had two different kinds of cheese on it and 4 deep finger prints on my bun. They also added mayo for some reason which doesn't even come on the burger."

"We got the 7$ deal and it was perfect the hamburger and fries delicious! Unfortunately they were already out of chicken by 12pm but besides that the workers were great and wait time was quick! And can't forget the ice cream! Delicious!!"
