"On Tuesday, March 19, 2024 I called Dr. Sotherland‘s office. I was in some pretty intense pain and I asked if it would be possible to be seen before Friday. I talked to Becky and told her more about my problem. She was concerned and offered her advice. Just a few minutes later she called back to tell me that she had conferred with Dr. Sotherland and made an appointment for me early Wednesday morning. I was seen by the doctor and referred to an endodontist in Rapid City. By 1:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday a root canal had been performed and I was greatly relieved. Today is Thursday, March 21 and I am still completely amazed that I was given such prompt, caring attention and helped by Dr. Sutherland and his assistents and the professionals in Rapid City. I have found my dentist!"

I have spent my adult life only going in when it was an emergency and I was always chastised for not seeing a dentist regularly.
