"I ordered some ammo in January 2022. They don't respond to emails to request status. I have called on and off for months to get a status, sometimes they answer and sometimes they don't. For the past week any call to customer service results in dead air for 30 seconds and they a mailbox error message. Don't ever order from these people."
"Placed an order for ammo that was listed as "in stock" in August 2020. 21 months later and my order still has not arrived. I followed up 2 times in the first year and they were responsive but have gone radio silent since. I tried calling them during their posted business hours and they will not answer the phone. Emails are finally being returned after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After my BBB complaint, they canceled my order but now I'm now fighting them to get my $170 back. I wish I could give this vendor 0 stars!"
"This is a fake company. Do not order from them. I order ammo and they charged me and never sent it to me. I called them and they won’t answer their phone. I filled out the contact me form online and they never responded. I call again and press the police department option and someone answered. When I asked if it was car(r)bon they hung up on me. BEWARE OF THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!"
