"Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with a property that vacation home renter inc. listed as the local construction company shut off the water to the property. However, the property manager was able to assist with the issue and helped us through the outage during our stay. Would recommend."
"Do yourself a favor and book these homes on AirBnB for better customer service. I had to wait over a month to get my security deposit back after multiple phone calls!! In addition, they deducted $70 from our security deposit for soiled towels which I don't believe happened.....The company also threw away a grill before our stay so we couldn't use the garbage bins during our stay."
