"If I could give this negative stars, I would. On 9/4/23, we went through drivethru. Getting a kids' meal, a number 3, and a bacon burger. We sat there for at least 15 minutes. The problem wasn't the wait time. It was the food was wrong and ice cold by the time to eat. We only live 8 mins away. My burger didn't have bacon on it. My mom told them no ketchup. She is allergic to tomatoes so she couldn't eat her burger and her cheese melted into the bread. (Not the good type of melted). My daughters chicken strips were ice cold. They should have never given our food like that. I would have waited for my food. That was about 30.80 to be right. I've worked in fast food where there was just me and someone else. Running around like a headless chicken. But I still made sure the food was fresh and right. It's not like I'll get a refund. Don't come to this Sonic."
"Went to Sonic for an Oreo blast & I got vanilla ice cream with crumbled Oreos only on top. Also, the customer service was absolutely horrible. She was extremely rude while taking my order & hardly acknowledged my existence. It was definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever had."
