"The customer service today at tropical smoothie was above and beyond! My toddler eyed a ball that was set out as decoration and wanted to play with it. Sunny found an extra one they had in the store, cleaned it off and let him play. The drinks were made quickly and were delicious. Of course as a toddler mom, carrying all the things and a child, I dropped one on the way out to which sunny responded with an “it’s ok” and a smile and cleaned it up for us right away. 10/10 kind guy."
