Culligan Water Conditioning of Hot Springs, SD

"I have never neen treated so badly than from a sriver named Cory. I only order 3 bottles a month and told the office thst is what I want and they deliver me 4 bottles today. I called the office and left a message and get a phone call back from Cory and I explained he dropped off an extra bottlw that he needs to come back and pick up the extra bottle. Well he gets an attitude with me and says he isnt coming back for the extra bottle and that I would be charged for it. I told him that is unacceptablem i tried to call the office again so i can cancel my service and no one answered so I had to drive at least an hour to the office to find no one is there and had to leave the bottle outside and leave a note wanting to cancel my service. What kind of company is this? Well luckilyvi havr already found another water delivery company and told Culligan to pick their stuff up. Good Riddens Culligan!"

Writing reviews about yourself to try and cancel out the customers describing their legitimate experience with you? Pathetic."

"I've been using Culligan water at my home for some time enjoy having the bottled water delivered, I also enjoy the quality of the water and also grateful for the service one delivered to the door. The staff is always friendly and eager to make your day. If your thirsty and you would like to have the water delivered give him a call they'd be glad to set you up."

"These people are unbelievably unresponsive to service calls. If you're interested in follow up service following installation of your $5,000 water softener, don't look for it here. I've spoken with the secretary twice and left a message once and they don't even bother to return calls."
