"I made sure to plan a stop at Silk Road on our Black Hills vacation over spring break because it looked good online. It was absolutely perfect, the chicken and vegetarian dishes were great, and the lamb was the best I've had... moist and tender. The owners were generous, with a bonus sample of lamb and advice on some ideas to try with my own cooking at home. This place is awesome."
"My wife and I tried Silk Roads new Anda(egg) curry soup and my goodness did they go the extra mile! The broth is wonderfully seasoned. It is bright, tangy, and bursting with flavor! This is for sure going to be a winner to keep us South Dakotans warm in the winter! This soup is an absolute must try for any lover of Pakistani cuisine or soup in general! We absolutely love eating at Silk Road because every meal that we have gotten from them is delicious and filled with love! Thank you so much guys!"
"Authentic Pakistani cuisine (in South Dakota!) in a welcoming, casual outdoor atmosphere with fabulous service. I've never had Pakistani food or drink before, but surely this is the best! Fresh, homemade, and delicious. It was all such a treat. My personal beast and I came back many times over the course of the week to enjoy both it and the company again, and it was wonderful in particular to find such a friendly place I could dine with my dog. Perfect portions, and we scarfed down every molecule that was brought to us. For the health-conscious, there were no seed/"vegetable" oils in the menu choices save for one of the drinks, I believe. Will for sure be back! Absolutely delightful."
"Spent my birthday lunch here and I must say it's the ABSOLUTE best meal I've ever had on my birthday, the best Mediterranean food I've ever had, and the cultural experience to go along with it! If you don't eat here while in Hot Springs you are denying yourself an amazing cultural food journey. Had the Lamb, Chicken, and Hummus. All were fantastic and perfect for hot summer days because it is so refreshing. Do yourself another favor and get the Rooh Afza to go with your meal. It is worth the money!"
"Not every small town in South Dakota has a Pakistani restaurant but this is Hot Springs hidden gem we are so lucky for the owners making there home here and serving awesome food. It's fall time and while waiting in line to order the conversation about "Chi tea " came up, I can tell you there chi tea was sweet with good amount of spices this was so good on this cool evening. I had chicken Marcella great portion the right heat for spice. My friend had the okra Marcella and he was very satisfied with the spice and heat level. If you are passing by foot or vehicle do stop in and meet the owners and order your hearts out for a very tasty meal..."
