"Manager lied to me multiple times about the availability of certain items then denied it right to my face that they had lied they also Force kids to go out in the freezing cold with no coats on just to make the drive-thru a couple seconds faster finally they want to charge $10 for a breakfast meal that should only cost $5 scum of a company and the owner should immediately fire the worthless managers"

"Can all the way over here from Deadwood to get a shake they have as the special and they are not making shakes ......... no excuses this is just bad management and making people sit out side your store so you can't get your metrics is also really bad management!!!!."

"I'm not a fan of when you go inside that there are no cashier's now it's all on a screen and you have to do it yourself. Also I can get my own drink anytime but I suppose it's the way the world is now"

"It took 25 minutes to get our breakfast even after I brought it to their attention after 15 minutes of waiting. Dining room was half full. The priority was the drive through and curbside parking while I and others inside waited endlessly. I saw others go up and complain as well. It's clear the dining room was not a priority. I don't know how many times I saw peopledi drive up and curbside and get served with less than half the wait time. It's ridiculous and shouldn't be happening. There clearly is a poor priority system in place. This seems to be becoming a common theme unfortunately. At this point why dine in when I could have gotten my food 15+ minutes sooner doing curbside or drive thru?! I mean how many times do you have to walk by someone with a table tent before you realize they haven't been served? I don't know if it's a help issue, mgmt issue, or what. But hopefully it gets fixed soon. By the time we got our food it was lukewarm. I walked up and saw the tray with all of the food and drink sitting there for about 5 minutes. Then my name was called as it was being taken off the tray and put in a bag and I was asked if it was to go. While I was already at the counter. It's becoming discouraging to visit the place because it seems things are not being well managed unfortunately. What a hot mess. Hopefully that changes. Hopefully."
