"Went into office the front desk lady Cori was absolutely amazing with all the help and direction. Very pleasant atmosphere, very clean and the people there are very helpful."
"By far, the worst experience of ever received at the same time Applying for help. This isn't the first time I've been treated as a third class citizen with this particular company. If you guys wanna get any real change done, you'll have to bite the bullet and hire an attorney."
"I had questions and needed help filling out paperwork for a divorce. The person I was assigned to did not seem interested in helping me at all. Very short with me, very dismissive, and didn't even look at the documents I brought in. I felt like I was interrupting or wasting her time, even though I had made an appointment. My appointment was literally 15-20 minutes long and then my case was closed the very same day as my appointment. Which I was made aware of by a letter I received a few days later."
"This is probably the worst place to call for help! I was referred here by the courthouse to see if they could help w custody of my niece. & man the girl that first took my call was rude and so was the girl named Cori, that called me back she was way worse then the first girl! SMH bad business w bad employees!"
"I don’t even want to rate them a one star. As soon as I walked in the door the environment is extremely unfriendly. All the doors were open while attorneys sat and gossiped about other people’s cases. I heard them do nothing but bash their clients for their charges. Laughed about the help they were asking for. I finally get help and Leah ceranski clearly knows nothing about her job description. First question that was asked she had to leave the room to ask how to answer it. She would rather eat than help people. This place is a joke. The receptionist is also very unpleasant to talk to. I wouldn’t recommend going here for any legal help. They’re hired to HELP people!! If you don’t have compassion for what you do. Get a different job!!! Easy as that"
