"This Starbucks is inside Tin Lizzie. It's quite, clean and beautiful. The young people working in there was fun. Only thing! I'm hard of hearing and while talking with Starbucks employees a lady pushed a vacuum up on the carpet not even 3 feet feet from me and walked off. The vacuum was running. I could no longer hear a thing. She just looked at me when she came back. Did not seem to care."

"It has now been a while since I ordered my Venti Blond coffee. We checked four times already. "Out of beans" is a poor first excuse. Now they just told me "they forgot". I want my tip back and I still want my coffee as I understand that "stuff" happens. Free coffee at my hotel and I thought Starbucks would be a better deal which it usually is. EDIT... The sweet gal behind the counter came out with my drink and apologized for the delay. She gave me a Starbucks gift card which we did not expect. Thanks very much for her kindness and consideration !!"

"Meh. Food quality is surprisingly poor. And they got my order wrong. Ordered an egg white wrap and received egg white bites. No decaf coffee. You have to order a decaf espresso and make it into a latte. My wife had the bacon Gouda sandwich. Just so-so. The cheese danish was “off” - flavor and texture. We’ve never had a mediocre experience at a Starbucks before. This was not expected."

"During events and holidays this place will be very busy, so have patience...I would see one person picking up at least 6-8 drinks plus food multiple times so I can only imagine how slammed they get. I know one time I placed an order via mobile app from 5 minutes away, 1 refresher, 1 latte and 1 pastry and it took 25 minutes."

"Thursday morning July 27 at 10:50am- the height of tourist season. We had our drinks in 7 minutes. Parking: there are 2 20 minute customer parking spot on the street in front of this Starbucks. All other parking is meter street parking, and there is a narrow pay lot across the street."
