"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My experience at Billion Auto Mazda in Sioux Falls, SD was absolutely horrendous. First off, they ripped me off by selling me a car that was $6000 over its actual worth. But that's not even the worst part. They were relentless in trying to push me into buying an extended warranty from a third-party company. After 1.5 years, I finally canceled the warranty, only to find out that it would take ages for the dealership to process the refund. They kept giving me the runaround, saying they sent the check overnight, but it never showed up. Every time I called, they gave me excuses and brushed me off like I was inconveniencing them. Sheldon Foster from the finance department was particularly unhelpful, even going as far as saying that paying $10 in interest was no big deal and that I should just wait. After weeks of back-and-forth calls and unanswered voicemails, including one to the general manager, I still haven't received any resolution. Save yourself the headache and avoid buying from this place at all costs."
