"I dealt with the body shop manager Parker while I had to deal with a tailgate that was already damaged at purchase, from another Billion location out of town. He was awesome to deal with and was always quick to respond and even sent me pictures to update the status. 4 days later I had a new tailgate with a perfect paint job. They took it off and put it back on in 30 minutes or less. I also used their paintless dent removal for a small ding in my fender and it was a quick and complete success in removing it. Their receptionist is eye candy also, so I didn't mind the brief time I spent waiting. I had a great experience, no complaints."
