"PLEASE READ! I have a 1997 Ford F-250 7.3. Block heater has never been changed. Figured I’d stay a head of it and have changed before it goes bad. Figured I’d give this guy a shot, my regular mechanic was swamped. Gets me in same day. Calls me when it’s done and informs me that the engine coolant is leaking and it will cost $1200 to fix. I ask him about it when I go to pick my truck up and he won’t give me a straight answer to where it’s leaking nor look me in the eyes. I get home and crawl under to check. Nothing. I check the block heater. ONLY the cord was replaced! I call him about it and he starts to say “he’s losing me, I can’t hear you” and hangs up… $150 for a cord.. also, I just had my engine coolant serviced a week prior by a trusted mechanic. It’s been two days, NOT A DROP of coolant on my garage floor. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time and money"
