"Pretty quick and easy deal. Saw the truck I wanted on their website, went in and bought it. Had quite a few issues after I had the truck for a week but everything got fixed after several times dropping it off and they gave me a loaner each time. Got the extended warranty which saved me a BUNCH of money when I had to have service on the transmission. I know they can't look into the future to see what issues will occur and I don't fault them for the troubles I had. They made everything right and I'm happy with my truck"

"I had a question about a particular vehicle and I was offered to go look at it by Justin Steinberg. Unfortunately, I didn’t get there in time and it sold. BUT, I told him what I was looking for which included low price and low miles. So he sent me a list. I chose a Dodge Journey and we had a lot of concerns and needed to talk about things. There was a period of time that we weren’t able to talk with Justin because of conflicting schedules, so we also had the pleasure of working with Brian Cramer.
