"During my drive from North Dakota to Kansas City, my 2019 Chevy Equinox encountered a Check engine light (engine power reduced). As it was about 0 degrees I pulled into Sioux Falls and started contacting dealers/mechanics. Most dealers said it would be 2-3 days before they could get me in. I found J.R’s and he was able to get me in within an hour. I decided to stay one night, since I was expecting bad news. After a diagnostic scan, it turned out to be a dirty throttle body /solenoid with the turbo 1.5 cylinder. JR took is apart cleaned and tested the solenoid to ensure it was only a dirty. The solenoids checked out well and the parts cleaned. He put it back together and went for a test drive. No check engine light, the power returned to normal. I am extremely happy with his work and was able to continue my travels the next day. I also noticed better fuel mileage. I highly recommend JR."
