"We had a college visit and needed to eat before we headed home so we stopped at pizza ranch in Norfolk. It wasn’t good at all. All of the food was dry and cold. The green beans and corn were dry and shriveled up. I understand that it was late in the afternoon, but I can honestly say I’ve never been to Pizza Ranch where the food was so bad. The staff was very polite and the restaurant was clean."

"It is a pizza ranch and that is for fact. The fried chicken was pink and raw and the pizza was mediocre. The staff were great though which keeps this from being an even lower score. The desserts also were the only other high point besides leaving."

"When you have an issue with the food order and you bring it to their attention they say you complain too much. For example a week ago when I ordered in the restaurant I ordered the pizza chicken pack. Supposed to be 8 pieces of chicken. 2 of each piece. Got home and had all thighs. I drive back to town and took the chicken back to just get it corrected. I didn’t complain or ask for any manager. But the manager came out and she was very nice. I was NOT mad. I went last night in and ordered for carry out and was charged a $4 delivery fee. I laughed and just asked if this was an error and that same manager came out and literally was mad at me. She said I was going to be put on the do not order list per the owner Steve Denn. I was not mad about the $4 error I just figured she would refund me the $4. Instead she told me that every time I order something is wrong. Giving me the wrong chicken was NOT my fault!!! And the accident of being charged a delivery fee was also NOT my fault. Make sure you check your receipt accidents happen. Think twice about complaining they might black list you."
