"Incredible experience! I will recommend this dealership over and over again. Broke down, called dealership, Jon says I’ll just meet you up there and take care of it. It was 8pm and here comes Jon, he said they would get on it in the morning. I called at 8am and the mechanic was working on it already. Return line was ruptured. I asked him if he could do an oil, fuel change, and check the brakes. They replaced front brakes and fluid changes by 11 am, and a lot cheaper than a normal Ford dealer, wow! Well I had another issue and the part wouldn’t be in until the morning (Saturday). They were able to arrange transportation to hotel, awesome. And the mechanic came in on a Saturday and changed the part out. I was out by 9 am and on my way. Thank you all for excellent customer service.
