"They have protein bars pictured in the Ad for $2/5 with a coupon on the app. They rang up $3.75 each. ( .25 higher than the tag on the shelf ) I showed the checker the Ad and asked her to manually fix it. I was told she would have to call her boss at home and that they would have to call their supervisor to approve it. So I would have to wait who knows how long for that to happen. If I was in management for Family Dollar I would be embarrassed by the ineptitude of this policy. If it’s an obvious mistake fix it for the waiting customer. So much for customer service."
