"Called to ask if simple fix, of course they can’t let you fix it, they have to bring you in and charge you 10x the cost of the item. No complimentary inspection gets done anyways. Can’t wait to not be stuck with Nissan."
"I was quoted 279$ for a transmission service that they recommended. I called and was told that it would be roughly 250$. I scheduled the maintenance, and was charged 370$ after the fact. When I asked why it was so much different than the quote, he said that they charged 230$ for the transmission fluid. I should mention that an average transmission flush for a vehicle is 250$ in the US. I’ve also been getting oil changes for years, a few times I’ve noticed my bash plates loose after the oil change. They have always been respectful, but I was double sided with the 90$ price jump. The local auto shops are good, just take it there."

He listens to my wants/needs in a vehicle and provides choices based on what I’ve told him I’m looking for. I never feel like he’s pushing me into a deal I’m uncomfortable with. Any issues that I’ve had, no matter how small, the entire Granite team has gone above and beyond any other dealership I’ve worked with. Anytime I’ve had a question, Andrew has gotten back to me quickly, and even if he doesn’t have the answer right away he touches base to let you know he’s working on it. I appreciate the quality of customer service, even after the deal is done!"
