"One of the two auto washes is always out of service. This week both are. I'm paying monthly to use something I can't. The rinse cycle is not getting the soap off, and I think my car detail guy wanted to kill me from all the build-up on my paint. But it's convenient to blow th snow of my car when an auto wash isn't broken."

"I always go to this car wash because the auto wash is one of the best. Until today. I chose the $10 wash and as I was sitting in the bay it had sprayed the first layer of soap on my car and then stopped. The Go light started flashing and then everything shut off. Thought maybe a sensor was just wonky so I backed up a little bit and pulled forward a little bit again and everything started working. It sprayed water for a few seconds and then everything completely shut down again. I had to pull out of the bay with my car covered in the first soap and go to a self wash bay. Paid another $6 and it wouldn’t get the auto wash soap off of my car. My car looks worse now than it did when I went to wash it. And of course the only phone number listed is a cell phone number that doesn’t work. Which I guess they were smart about that because who wants to get a bunch of phone calls about how your business is a POS."

"Not sure what to think of this place…… Gave them a second chance because it’s convenient. Had signed up for the monthly wash program which I like but this morning midway through the wash with soap/??? on vehicle it stopped leaving me with a soap covers black truck….. not an ideal situation….."
