"I found a 2022 BMW R18 Bagger on their website and inquired via email. I spoke with Anthony and was able to send pictures of my trade-in to them. I was promptly given a value for my trade and all the rest of the numbers for the sale. Online credit app was processed quickly. They offered to hold the bike for me without deposit and get the paperwork ready for when I was able to make it the 300 miles north to pickup the bike. Bike was clean and ready to go, paperwork was quick and was ready to go! The staff helped me load the bike the next morning. Great communication from the staff and was extra nice of them to forgo the deposit to hold the bike a couple days for me. Would buy from Sturgis Motorsports again."

"Just picked up a new GSXS1000 from here. Held the motorcycle for me till i could get up there the following day even though i was honest and said i wasnt 100% sure i was gonna buy. Motorcycle was clean and exactly as advertised. We agreed on a price before I came and that was the price I left at. Also can't beat the fact that Eric wasn't super pushy like most dealers about the extended warranty stuff. Loved that. Super friendly staff and easy to deal with they actually countered my offer on the bike with an offer that was 5 dollars less which I still don't fully understand but thankful none the less. Negotiation was simple and fast. They double checked the motorcycle and didn't put a dealer sticker on the bike like most do. Even assisted in loading the bike and I can be kind of a perfectionist who takes his time strapping. They didn't mind a bit. Great experience. Will definitely look here first if im ever looking for a bike again."

"Update: I've edited to include pictures of the completely shattered cylinder from the top end after having it looked at by somebody else, the top end that was REBUILT with less than 10 hours of riding time by your department. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Service department is a joke and VERY unprofessional. Left my husband's quad sitting outside since JUNE because they "didn't have time" after returning it with the engine locked up, possibly from their work before. Have not even looked at it since it was brought in to find a solution to their mistake. Even spoke to the service manager, whose only response was "we only have 1 guy that works on the motors". Evidently 1 guy has been completely booked for 6 months."

"A very professional environment. I traveled from Nebraska to pick up a new Husqvarna. Everything was in order and ready to go when I got there. Christina was able to take care of all the paperwork through email before I arrived. Jake in sales was very helpful and quick to answer any questions."
