"Halfway through the wash We heard a loud noise on our roof. We have a Honda Ridgeline. Sounded like it smashed the roof in. The upper bar was way too low as it was coming across to wash. When we pulled out our roof spoiler which is attached to the roof was pulled off by the machine. It pulled all the bolts out and broke the housing that the bolts were in. I have added pictures to their website. The saddest part about the whole thing the owner was there when we pulled out. We said look at what your car wash did to our truck. He goes yeah what do you want me to do. I said is that all you have to say he goes what do you want me to say and he walked away. Do not go to this car wash. Even if we buy the spoiler we're looking at $400. Then we would have to have it painted. He didn't even care he will be getting a bill from us."

"The car wash machine ate all my quarters ($10) and did not give back. Also the place had no manager on site and when I called the number that was displayed it was a dud. If i could rate 0 stars i would if done it."

"I saw the negative reviews about NO SOAP but went anyway since my friend said that the car wash in Hot Springs was working fine. I later learned that she went to a different car wash in Hot Springs. I used my credit card. There was absolutely NO SOAP in the one I went in. Only three of the many positions on the selector dial even worked at all. The "foam brush" position did nothing at all.The person in the next stall had a tiny Drip of soap but ABSOLUTELY NO WATER! At least I could spray my Jeep off. He couldn't do anything. Someone was there to get a ladder and he said that he would get the second owner who was only 5 minutes away. After 15 minutes the person in the other booth finally left. As I was about to leave too, the owner showed up. He said that I just didn't run the water long enough in the "soap" position. I informed him that I sprayed the entire Jeep for over 2 minutes in that position with NO SOAP. The owner was quite matter of fact about the problems even after he tried to get soap and could not either. The only positive note was that he did give me back the minimum credit card charge of $3.00."

"If you want to use his car wash bring your own soap! There is no soap at all to wash my car. So I basically spent six dollars to rinse my car. I’ll try this car wash again in three weeks to see if there’s any soap in the car wash. If not I will not be back."

"Tried to get my car washed here. Paid my $12.00, got my credit card receipt, but never got a car wash. A hand written note, and the screen on the kiosk, advised that I should not enter if light is red and to wait for the car wash. After several minutes, and no green light to enter, I called the phone number posted on the building for “Car Wash Issues,” and waited. Exactly how long is one to wait for a return call? No response to call, no car wash, no happy!"
