"They charged me to balance 4 tires, but only balanced 2. The boss is rude, he called me a liar, even though the service manager verified that they charged me for work that they didn't do. Don't take your car here, unless you like getting ripped off."

"I was a little disappointed with my service today. Granted, it was not a straight forward repair. I made an appt for today last week and described the service I needed. Basically, test two serpentine belts for the best fit because the current one was too short and bypassed the tension pulley. SCREECH! Arrived for my appt and reminded them of todays mission. I added a small request. Please look at and adjust the hose clamp that is very close to the serpentine belt. They fitted the serpentine belt and i drove to my campsite happy as a bug! No more SCREECH! When I opend the hood for some other maintenance, I noticed the hose clamp. It was still very close to the serpentine belt! So, I grabbed my emergency box of hose clamps, cut it down to sixe and installed it myself. I did pay $75 for the installation of the serpenting belt. He had said when the appt was made, it was a 30 min job. I know that you pay for the whole hour so fix the hose clamp as requested. Not sure about returning..."
