"Kinda sad that you can go to the big dealerships in Rapid and get better customer service, better trade in values, and better service department prices. You would think that being a small hometown dealership they would actually care about their customers. I love to support small businesses but when Toyota in Rapid will change my air filter for free with only the cost of the filter, and give me a fair price for my trade in, it makes me realize that these guys don’t care. I should not go to Rapid and be offered 11k more for my trade in when Juneks said it would be hard to sell and sit on the lot for a while. They also will continue to call you after they have given you their low ball offer trying to get you to trade it in."
