"I had a wonderful first experience at Hollywood Body Laser in DTC. Dominic, the manager, is delightful. He is so welcoming, we had great conversations and shared a lot of laughs. Leah, my esthetician, was A-mazing. She took her time, and was thorough yet gentle. I felt like I had been going there and knew them for years, the way they treated me. I had a dermaplane and glycolic peel, my skin looks so fresh and dewy! I go back in two week for a facial and I cannot wait to see them again. Highly, highly recommend this place!"

"I had Botox for the first time ever with Anna on 10/14/23. During my consultation, Anna insisted that I only needed 24 units to take care of my 11 lines (main concern and reason for botox) and forehead lines. 2 weeks later, only the forehead botox worked. I called today and spoke with Dominic. I let him know I didn't believe the 11s were done properly. He told me 'you can come in for a touch up' I asked if I would be charged for this and he said yes....I let him no it had zero effect on my 11's and worked on my forehead. He went on to question me on my history of botox in case I built up a resistance....this was my 1st time. He seemed surprised that it didn't work but told me that I could have another person do the touch-up. I paid for a service that didn't work, and instead of having me come in and see what happened, it was made clear. I just need to pay more money. I honestly believe it wasn't placed right on my 11 lines. However, even though Hollywood Mission statement includes expectional customer services, you won't get that here. I should have walked out the door on 10/14/23 when another disgruntled customer came in and they messed up her appointment time. Then, Dominic let me know that she was a difficult customer. Finally, your hands shouldn't read of cigarettes when you do botox. Thanks Anna. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company since Dominic refused to even entertain the idea it wasn't done properly and assumed I had botox before."
