"Ali has a great personality. Though I have to give her 2 stars. After a day of doing wax there I am coming across the hair lines that she missed to cover, not just a couple hairs but like 2 inches wide lines of hair that she did not remove as they were in my back, I could not see them at the day. I also got bruising on my body from her the wrong pull. On top of all that she did charge me more that the number she gave me a quote on! The 2 star is only for her personality! I just saw the other reviews b/c I thought how is it I am the only one with low review and saw that ALL of them are from a year ago!"
