"Went in to to get something to help thicken my hair that could be applied to damp hair but would stand up to curling irons etc. Unfortunately, the person who worked there was no help whatsoever. Told me she would have to know the name of what I was looking for. Really??"

I also noticed she was very overwhelmed as she seemed to be the only one working here there should be 2-3 employees in the store. I think the manager needs to hire more employees to help in the store."

"I went into this store numerous times, and have never had an issue in the past until my last visit on Sunday. I am a student at Aveda Institute, and signed up for the student card at Sally's so I could get the discounted prices. I have been to MULTIPLE different Sally's, including one's out of state, and have never had an issue with getting the discounted pricing's on my items. After gathering all of my items, I went to check out and realized all of the items were at full price. I asked the cashier (who was extremely condescending to say the least) why the items didn't scan out as cosmetologist pricing. Her and the coworker told me because the computers did an "update". I asked when the "update" was and they told me last November and that students don't get discounts anymore. Which I found humorous considering I've been a student since March of this year and, as said, been getting discounted pricing's since. I confronted them about this, to which they laughed at me and said, "You don't get cosmetologist pricing until you're a pro sweetie." I don't think I've ever written a review before in my life on an establishment. You never know what people are going through or what's going on beyond their control, but when you humiliate me in front my aunt who was paying for the products, and treat me BELOW you when you're working at a minimum wage job.. yeah. I'm going to write a review."
