"I have been going to New You Beauty Lab since they opened. Lauren is amazing; she has helped me with my acne concerns. I started with a consultation, and she recommended the best treatments ( Chemical Peels,Miconeedling and Clearlift) her knowledge in skincare is unbelievable she knew what type of products I  needed for my type of skin. My face is glowing from her recommendations. ( my favorite cleanser is the Lytic gel by epionce) I have also had Botox, Lip Filler by Lauren and the results have always been exceptional. Most recently, I tried cheek filler, and the results were fantastic, giving me more of a cheek contour. I’m delighted with the services that I have received so far,  and I will continue to come back and let my family and friends know where to go."

"I loved the decor of the spa. The staff was nice at first. The euro threads are amazing if cared for properly. I was taken advantage of when I sought out a new injector to fix a simple asymmetrical lip filler job, I left looking worse , with an entirely differnt lip filler issue looking like I know have a hump back whale in the middle of my lips ,my lips have never felt as lumpy as they now do :( I am extremely disappointed with my filler results...after numerous attempts of giving the injector (jess) multiple chances to correct the problem being overly kind and forgiving, assuming she would check her research and get it right and me being very much open kind and communicated my situation, expectations, etc, also my toxin I received was oddly distorted and left the leftside of my forehead with movement, looking like the rocks smolder eyebrow as far as forehead wrinkles goes, for newbies probably a good fit if you dont know any better. For corrections on filler and those looking for extremely experienced quality, this is probably NOT the location for you. Euro threads experience was ok, I didn't feel as if the injector was that confident in herself and her skill level, I was overly forgiving and made many attempts to work with her, however it was clear she wasn't able to provide without having to nickle and dime me for a solution that I found through my own research was not the only way to fix the fix, so that was disappointing, if she was genuinely interested in keeping me as a loyal client there are numerous other things she could have done I have come to find now after going on many consulting appts with other injectors. When we disagreed about her filler solution after I saw her methods she refused to finish my thread lift after numerous conversations about my plan to do so, I honestly may not have even wrote this review had she excepted my disappointment with her filler experience and still saw me for the thread lift, she and Lauren were nice , again it's a newer establishment so I'm not gonna judge but I will share my experience, so hopefully no one else has to go thru the drawn out unnecessary process I went thru for a fix a more experienced injector could have provided, it honestly seemed like she was ignoring me and was intentionally continuing to draw out the correction, I did not sense a confidence in her that i have from the first 2 injectors i had who were able to provide even results and easy fixes for over 2 years , i felt like she only made it worse and never tried to actually just fix it. At this point I'm confident I could have done a better job at fixing it myself 10000% She did not seem genuinely interested in actually fixing what I was actually there for , I wouldn't recommend her after all of that. I was seriously used and taking advantage of for something else it seems like. It's clear injectors is a side job and not her main and true passion as far as her line of work. More experience needed. I hate to leave negative reviews but I also would hate for anyone to go in for a fix and end up getting the long drawn out process I went thru to end up getting even worse looking lips :( I have no more forgiveness for all of this. ITS sooo UPSETTING TO SEE MY LIPS today, NOW WAY MORE THAN IT EVER WAS BEFORE I FIRST WENT INTO HER! oh well not my karma to deal with. Please be careful when choosing injectors with less than 3-5yrs experience!!!! What u see online is their highlight reel not always the best way to pick someone! Real reviews matter!"
