"Dr. Victoria Monroe botched my Botox. This was the first and last time that I went to her. I had to attend a 300 people wedding looking like this because there’s really no way to fix this until the few months it takes for the Botox to wear off. It was a horrible experience and these are family and friends I was seeing after 10-20 years. I regretted attending the wedding with all the looks I was getting. It was extremely embarrassing!! I’ve had Botox for years and never had any issues like this. I needed a new injector because I had just moved to CO from another state. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because she admitted her mistake, gave me a refund and then also gave me a free 30 day supply of Upneeq which helped SLIGHTLY widen the botched eye. But it was still pretty bad.. her carelessness ruined a historic family gathering for me… I didn’t take any pictures at the wedding. Please find someone else to work on your face! (Response back : ptosis happens when the injector injects the Botox too close to the eyelid. Please don’t make it sound like your incompetence didn’t cause this.)"
