"This place has a Qwik Care sign on it. I used their urgent care clinic. I thought I had the flu and wanted an antiviral. I went in on a Saturday morning and they were not busy. Got me into a room before I could complete their forms. Nurse came in a few minutes after I was in the room. Talked to me for a little bit and decided to give me tests for covid, flu, and strep. Told me they’d have the results in 15-20 minutes. The doctor came in 25 minutes later which I thought was great and he apologized for keeping me waiting even though I thought they had been pretty speedy. He was GREAT! Told me I wasn’t positive for anything and just had a general virus. Recommend Theraflu and sent prescriptions in 30 seconds after I left for a nasal spray and Zyrtec ( both antihistamines) to control congestion and make it so I could breathe at night so I could sleep. Also recommend I drink a TON of water to both stay hydrated and flush this out of my system and explained why it was so important. Gave me great advice and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He genuinely cared. I received much better care here than my husband and daughter did at the UCHealth Memorial North hospital the prior week. We rushed there because she was breathing weirdly and had my husband seen too. They said they were short on flu tests and only test for flu if they admit a patient. They gave them meds for nausea because they couldn’t keep anything down but nothing else to manage their symptoms. My daughter is only three so she can’t take many medicines but I think my husband would have done so much better if they had given him something to manage his other symptoms. Long story short-Qwik Care provided the tests I wanted and medicine to manage my symptoms and the ER did not do this for my husband. I highly recommend Qwik Care at Stetson Hills."
